TERMS OF SERVICE

By creating an account or using GoHunt ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

GoHunt discovers job postings, scores them against your profile, generates tailored resumes, and — when you ask — submits applications to those postings on your behalf using an automated browser agent. You authorize us to act on your behalf for the applications you initiate.

If you enable the optional hands-free mode in Settings, you additionally authorize us to initiate applications automatically for postings that score at or above the stated fit threshold, up to the daily cap you set. Before any hands-free application is submitted, we notify you by email and hold the application in a cancellation window during which you can veto it. You can disable hands-free mode at any time.

• Provide accurate information. We use your stated work authorization, citizenship, and experience to answer screening questions on real applications. Misrepresentation is your responsibility, not ours.
• Comply with the terms of every third-party site you choose to use the Service with, including job portals, applicant tracking systems, and company careers pages. You are responsible for confirming that your use of the Service on any given site is permitted by that site's own terms.
• Don't use the Service to submit fraudulent applications, harass employers, or apply at a frequency designed to disrupt their systems.
• Keep your account credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

When you connect a third-party service to GoHunt, you authorize us to access that service on your behalf within the scopes shown at connection time. We are not responsible for outages, rate-limiting, account actions, or other behavior of those services.

The Service uses an automated browser agent to submit applications. The agent attempts to fill forms accurately using the information you have provided. Some applications may fail (login walls, CAPTCHAs, application forms we don't support yet). When this happens we flag the application as failed and offer you a tailored resume to submit manually. We do not guarantee any application will be submitted successfully, accepted, or result in an interview or offer.

Where an application site requires an account, the agent may create one on your behalf using your email address and a generated password. Credentials for accounts created this way are shown to you and stored in your Settings. Where a site presents a CAPTCHA, the agent may use a third-party CAPTCHA-solving service to complete it; if it cannot, the application is flagged for you to finish manually.

During the current period of early access, the Service is provided at no charge. Once paid plans launch we will give existing users 30 days' notice before any billing begins. By using the free tier you acknowledge it is provided as-is.

You may not reverse engineer the Service, attempt to extract credentials from our infrastructure, probe for security vulnerabilities outside a responsible-disclosure context, abuse the resume tailoring API, or use the Service to enable spam or harassment.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and self-serve — you do not need to email us or wait for us to action a request. It removes your profile, resumes, applications, hunts, saved answers and connected integrations, and cannot be undone.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or expose us to legal risk. We will give you reasonable notice when possible.

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantee that the Service will be available, error-free, or that it will lead to employment outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) US$50 or (b) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
